this portion of my site focuses on my photography. i have owned an SLR since at least the age of 13 (film), and i've taken classes throughout the years and learned on my own, but it wasn't until more recent years that i realized a passion could also become a profession! i am also currently expanding into the "technical side" of things by doing studio photography as well.

i especially enjoy shooting candids, in a photo-journalistic style, and i love to snap pictures of babies, young children and their families, but often prefer to do it in a setting they are most comfortable in (home, park, etc), as opposed to a studio. recently, I've also discovered that I love to shoot weddings.
